Donations

All donations made to our organization are voluntary and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed.

Duplicate or Technical Errors

In case of duplicate payment or excess amount charged due to a technical error, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original payment method.
